Appointment Scheduling
At Anca Aesthetics Spa, we operate strictly by appointment. We request that you avoid ringing our bell or knocking if you don't have a scheduled appointment, as this can disrupt ongoing treatments.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failing to do so, or not showing up for your appointment, incurs a $50 fee. Repeated cancellations (more than three times in a row) or no-shows will lead to removal from our client list. To book an appointment, a valid credit card is needed. Same-day appointments are final and can only be canceled for the full service cost.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule within the 24-hour cancellation period, it will depend on our available slots.
Your Appointment Day
We ask that you arrive solo and no more than 10 minutes early to ensure privacy and a relaxing atmosphere for all clients. Our spa has a no visitor policy and maintains a locked-door approach for maximum tranquility and exclusivity. We also have 24/7 surveillance for everyone's safety. Please do not offer or exchange your appointment with others; such changes are subject to our approval.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay. Cash payments must be exact. You can also pay privately through our Venmo at @ancaesthetics. Please note, we do not accept checks or money orders.
